Return & Exchange Policy

Our pieces are one of a kind. All sales are final unless an eligible US order includes Seel return protection, we made a mistake with your order, or applicable law provides otherwise. We do not offer exchanges or cancellations.

US orders with Seel return protection

Eligible US customers may have the option to add Seel return protection at checkout. Return protection applies only if it was included with your order and only to eligible items under the terms of your Seel coverage.

To request a covered return, visit the Seel Resolution Center and enter the email address and order number used for your purchase. Submit your request within the return window stated in your Seel confirmation, then follow Seel's instructions and use the return address on the label provided for your request. Do not send an item back before starting a return request.

The item must meet Seel's condition and eligibility requirements. Seel will review the request and provide information about any applicable return shipping costs and refund. Please refer to your Seel confirmation for the terms that apply to your order. If your item was not covered by Seel return protection, our final-sale policy applies.

If we made a mistake

If we sent the wrong item or you discover a significant flaw that was not disclosed in the listing, please email ohleeloovintage@gmail.com with your order number and photos so we can make it right. Please contact us directly about these issues; they are handled separately from a Seel return for a change of mind.

Orders outside the US

Seel return protection is currently available only to eligible US customers. Orders outside the US are final sale, subject to our responsibility for mistakes and any rights under applicable law.

About our vintage pieces

Our pieces are pre-loved and vintage, so slight signs of wear due to age are normal. We think they add to each piece's character. Please review the photos, descriptions, and measurements carefully before purchasing. You can compare a piece's measurements with a similar item in your closet or measure yourself with a tape measure.

All our lingerie products are cleaned and sanitized.
