Returns Policy

We gladly offer free returns in USA (except for the items in the sales section). Simply send us an email, and we'll promptly assist you. If you're based outside of the USA, we'll accept a return at the customer's expense.

To ensure a smooth return process, please ensure that the item is in its original, unworn condition, with the 360 tag ID still attached. Any modifications to the tag, such as cutting or taping, will result in the return being denied, and the item will be sent back to you without a refund.

You have a 30-day window from the day of delivery to initiate a return. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Please understand that the pieces are not new, they are pre-loved and vintage. There may be some slight signs of wear due to age and it is normal for preloved and vintage pieces. We think that it only adds to the character of the piece.

Please, review carefully items pictures, description and measurements before purchase. It is important that you double check measurements. You can compare the piece's measurements to something similar in your closet  or measure your own body with a tape measure. 

All our lingerie products are cleaned and sanitized.
