Ohleeloo is based in USA and in Europe. We are currently shipping from USA. All our prices are in USD ($). 

Order Processing Time

Your order will be processed and shipped out within one day.

All shipping costs are calculated at checkout according to item weight and destination.

Once your item is shipped, you will receive an order confirmation to the e-mail address provided at checkout with tracking information. All clients are responsible for providing the correct shipping and billing information. If you make a mistake, please send us as soon as possible an email to update the shipping address.

Domestic Shipping

We offer three shipping options for our clients:

  • USPS Priority mail (1-3 business days)
  • USPS First Class Package (1-4 business days)
  • UPS Ground (1-4 days)
  • DHL Express (1-2 days)

Delivery times are provided as a guideline and do not take into account local disruptions.

International Shipping

We offer three shipping options for our clients:

  • USPS First Class Package International (1-4+ weeks)
  • Asendia (1-3+ weeks)
  • DHL Express (3 days to 1 week)

P.O Boxes

Please note that UPS and DHL do not ship to P.O. boxes. If you placed an order with a P.O. box as your shipping address, we will contact you via e-mail to receive a verified street address to ship to. 

Insurance

 

All the packages are insured.

 

International Duties and Taxes 

International packages may be subject to custom fees and import taxes upon delivery according to the destination country. The recipient of the package is responsible for any fees or duties imposed by customs. If you decide to not pay the fees and the package goes unclaimed, you are responsible for the original shipping charges and the cost of returning the package to our shop.

 

Lost Package

If the item cannot be delivered and is returned to us (unclaimed/incorrect address/failed to pay customs, etc), the customer will be responsible to pay to have the item re-shipped. 

Ohleeloo is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged mail. Ohleeloo is not responsible once the package is shipped and not responsible for packages marked as "delivered". Once your package has left Ohleeloo, it is in the care of your mail courier and all following action will need to be taken with the courier you chose for shipping.
